Dr. Jamilia Owens-Todd
Doctor, Chemist, Chief Science Officer, Instructor
Jamila Owens-Todd, Naturopathic Doctor started her career as a Chemist, at a top pharmaceutical company in the Research and Development Department.
After graduating from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Jamila entered the cannabis space by supporting patients and providing care. She then became the Research & Development Manager with PHYTOS Cannabis, formulating medical cannabis medicines and performing quality analysis.
She also serves as an instructor in St. Louis University’s Cannabis Science and Operations Program in Cannabis Pharmacology and at the Harrington Institute, teaching Intro to Cannabis Extractions.
Currently, Jamila is the Chief Science Officer of MIDOSE, a premium Medical Cannabis brand. She combines her passion for plant medicine formulations, with cutting-edge innovations in cannabis medications.
Jamila is honored to serve on the Advisory Board for Missouri Cannabis Trade Association (MOCANN) in addition to being a board member on the JAINE, Women In Cannabis organization.
